2026 Statewide CHW Conference: Register Today

Ticket Sales Information:
Earlybird general ticket sales open on June 30, 2026. All ticket purchases must be made through Eventbrite. The cost per ticket for the conference is $30 plus processing and service fees. Orders are not complete unless the registration form is completed after ticket purchase. Incomplete orders will not be held. Earlybird general ticket sales end on August 14, 2026.

Last Round general ticket sales open on August 17, 2026. All ticket purchases must be made through Eventbrite. The cost per ticket for the conference is $50 plus processing and service fees. Orders are not complete unless the registration form is completed after ticket purchase. Incomplete orders will not be held. Late Round general ticket sales end on September 11, 2026.
